Praveen K. Mandal is the Chief Technology Officer of NovaCHARGE, Inc., and is a veteran of numerous successful tech companies. He is a thought leader in the Electric Vehicle industry and was a Co-founder of ChargePoint. Mr. Mandal previously held C-suite positions at Volta Charging, 2predict, and Pipal Systems.

Jeffrey P. Hartman is the Chief Financial Officer for NovaCharge, Inc. Previously, Mr. Hartman has been a CFO for public and private companies with both US and foreign subsidiaries with Revenues of up to $1B, multiple US and global locations and upwards of 8,000 employees. He was also COO of several subsidiaries while serving in larger companies. His specialty is high-growth businesses, having been involved in several large-scale growth roll-ups in various industries.

Daniel J. Middleton is the Chief Revenue Officer and is accountable for the continued growth of new revenue streams with a particular focus on the rapid growth of our advanced, standards-based network software application driving our national EV infrastructure deployments. Our next generation software and application is a key differentiator for NovaCHARGE and our customers. Previously, Mr. Middleton has served in the same role for several public and private companies including Bloom Energy ($4B Nasdaq), Liquid Robotics, and Silver Springs Network. His specialty is high-growth and rapidly expanding businesses.

Paul Boes is VP, Engineering, for NovaCHARGE, and is responsible for innovating and advancing the engineering for hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure across their portfolio of EVSE solutions. A seasoned systems engineer, his career includes work for Southwest Airlines, Fiserv, Intervoice, and Triton Oil Investments, in addition to a five-year tour in the US Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician. 

Paul’s skillset inventory includes software development, network design, network security, wireless technologies, satelllite communications (SATCOM), GPS (Global Positioning System), guidance navigation and control, as well as a variety of programming languages and frameworks.

Tami Timperio is the VP of Marketing at NovaCharge bringing decades of world class marketing experience in services, hardware and software technology. From startups to large corporations in US and global arenas, she is a proven leader in communications, demand generation, channel marketing, and brand building. She previously held senior marketing roles at Cree, Inc., in the LED Lighting Division, Motorola Solutions in the Public Safety Division, and Nortel in the Enterprise and Carrier Solutions businesses.  

Gary Leonard is a talented sales executive with deep experience in growing revenues via partnerships and alliances for technology startups and Fortune 500 brands.

His prior experience in telecom, networks, and cloud-based technologies perfectly aligns with NovaCHARGE’s commitment to leadership in reliable EV (Electric Vehicle) chargers and smart software networks. His storied career includes successful stints at standout technology brands such as Nokia and Alcatel-Lucent.

Mr. Leonard is recognized as a trusted advisor to outside alliance partners and as a strong collaborator with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Eric T. Nichols is Vice President, Sales – North America, for NovaCHARGE. In his prior career, he has consistently achieved 3-to-5x year-over-year revenue growth by nurturing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with customers. His accomplishments in the tech sector include launching EquipmentShare’s heavy-equipment technology sales division. He was also instrumental in growing the Verizon Wireless “Internet of Things” (IoT) partner revenues to more than $1 million and 100,000 connected devices in 12 months.
