Oscar Rodriguez is the Executive Chairman and CEO of NovaCHARGE. As an EV industry veteran and EVSE pioneer, Oscar has helped all types of public and private organizations through the process of adopting EV infrastructure for more than 15 years. He was both an early investor in ChargePoint and served on their initial Industry Advisory Board.
Oscar is experienced in setting market vision and strategy, with a focus on execution and growth in both new ventures and public high-technology companies. He is an expert in communications/computing/cloud equipment, enterprise software, and cyber security markets. Oscar is a strong multi-cultural leader, with public company board and executive level experience, including sales and team leadership experience on multiple continents. At heart, he is a technologist with expertise in product portfolio strategy and product development, with a strong focus on revenue creation through direct customer engagement, global channel sales development, and creation of new partner eco-systems.

Praveen K. Mandal is an accomplished technology leader for startup companies in telecom and large-scale, high-performance computing systems that have accrued more than $1 billion in revenue during his tenure.
Praveen K. Mandal is the Chief Technology Officer of NovaCHARGE, Inc., and is a veteran of numerous successful tech companies. He is a thought leader in the Electric Vehicle industry and was a Co-founder of ChargePoint. Mr. Mandal previously held C-suite positions at Volta Charging, 2predict, and Pipal Systems.

JEFFREY P. HARTMAN
Jeffrey P. Hartman is the Chief Financial Officer for NovaCharge, Inc. Previously, Mr. Hartman has been a CFO for public and private companies with both US and foreign subsidiaries with Revenues of up to $1B, multiple US and global locations and upwards of 8,000 employees. He was also COO of several subsidiaries while serving in larger companies. His specialty is high-growth businesses, having been involved in several large-scale growth roll-ups in various industries.

Kevin Nater
Kevin Nater is the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and he leads all aspects of the company’s sales, business development, and strategic partnerships. He brings more than 30 years of experience in business, technology, and financial services to the NovaCHARGE executive team.
Most recently, he was CEO and Co-Founder of Briggo, a leading mobile first food-tech platform and coffee beverage brand that was acquired by Coca-Cola (May 2020).
Prior to that he was CFO at Network General (acquired by NetScout), CEO of Dell Financial Services, and VP of banking relationships for the technology group at Citigroup.
VP Engineering
PAUL BOES
Paul Boes is VP, Engineering, for NovaCHARGE, and is responsible for innovating and advancing the engineering for hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure across their portfolio of EVSE solutions. A seasoned systems engineer, his career includes work for Southwest Airlines, Fiserv, Intervoice, and Triton Oil Investments, in addition to a five-year tour in the US Navy as an Aviation Electronics Technician.
Paul’s skillset inventory includes software development, network design, network security, wireless technologies, satelllite communications (SATCOM), GPS (Global Positioning System), guidance navigation and control, as well as a variety of programming languages and frameworks.

Tami Timperio is the VP of Marketing at NovaCharge bringing decades of world class marketing experience in services, hardware and software technology. From startups to large corporations in US and global arenas, she is a proven leader in communications, demand generation, channel marketing, and brand building. She previously held senior marketing roles at Cree, Inc., in the LED Lighting Division, Motorola Solutions in the Public Safety Division, and Nortel in the Enterprise and Carrier Solutions businesses.
