provides technical support for all Smartlet Charging Station and
ChargePoint System issues after the sale. As Gold, Silver,
or Bronze NovaCharge Maintenance program members, charging
station owners can rely on our rapid response toll free hotline, where
our trained NovaCharge support staff can provide you with the answers
you need to resolve your charging station issues and keep
your valuable asset in service.
NovaCharge Bronze
Maintenance program:
The NovaCharge
Bronze Maintenance program provides the charging station owner with
the support needed to ensure that their charging stations are up
and running smoothly with the ChargePoint System. As a part of
this program, owners will have access to NovaCharge's toll free rapid
response hotline, where our technical staff will work to understand,
diagnose and provide guidance to keep your units at peak
performance. If necessary, NovaCharge will schedule
personnel to be dispatched to correct the problem. Any
covered items which fall within the charging station or ChargePoint
warranty period will be handled as per the manufacturer's
guidelines. For items outside the warranty period, or not
covered by the warranty , NovaCharge will provide a quote for
correcting the problem.
NovaCharge Silver
Maintenance program:
NovaCharge's Silver
Maintenance program provides charging station
owners with a higher level of support. In addition to
having all of the benefits of the Bronze Maintenance program
available to the charging station owner, NovaCharge will also schedule
personnel to the site, as needed, to ensure that down-time of the
unit is minimized.
NovaCharge Gold
Maintenance program:
NovaCharge Gold
Maintenance provides charging station owners with the highest level of
support. In addition to having all the benefits of the Bronze and
Silver Maintenance programs available to the charging station owner,
NovaCharge will also dispatch personnel to arrive at the site within 48
hours, as needed.

Training:
To ensure that
