Elect to receive a daily e-mail or SMS summary of charging status for your entire electric vehicle inventory to ensure that all fleet vehicles are fully charged for the next business day.

Categorize templates that represent each type of electric vehicle in your fleet inventory. Organize vehicles by fleet and drivers by department. Always know who is in the driver’s seat and track driver behavior by using the Fleet Manager check-in and check-out workflow to ensure drivers are matched with a vehicle when they need to be.

Track and report greenhouse gas reduction, fuel efficiency and other data needed to manage and measure the effects of a clean EV fleet. View greenhouse gas savings data by driver, vehicle, department or fleet. Track and monitor vehicle usage data by charging session, with information including start and stop times, charge duration, electricity used, driver to vehicle interaction, greenhouse gas, and gasoline savings. Export and combine data with other vehicle information to manage vehicle life cycle and to calculate equivalents for other savings.
