NovaCharge Co-Founder & President Twice Honored for Entrepreneurship in 2009
Tampa, FL (January 18, 2010) - NovaCharge, the exclusive Southeast authorized channel for the ChargePointSM Networked Charging Stations from Coulomb Technologies, today announced that Co-Founder and President, Helda Rodriguez, was twice honored by the media for her entrepreneurship in 2009.
Ms. Rodriguez was named to the list of 10 Tampa Bay Business People to Watch by the St. Petersburg Times in April of 2009. The list profiled people who exemplified entrepreneurship and Vision in Hard Times. In December, Latin Times Magazine named Ms. Rodriguez to the list of Latina Movers & Shakers in Tampa Bay, for her work in bringing high technology and vision with the establishment of NovaCharge.
Ms. Rodriguez founded NovaCharge, LLC, based in Tampa, Florida, in 2008 to provide the emerging Electric Vehicle market with convenient, affordable, grid-friendly charging stations that provide access across both public and private locations. In doing so, she focused the company on addressing the emerging need for a next-generation Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure, thereby enabling a better environment for future generations via the use of a zero-emissions transportation infrastructure.
