NovaCharge is an LLC, based in Tampa, Florida. The company was founded in 2008 to address the emerging need for a next-generation Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure. We are dedicated to enabling a better environment for future generations by supporting zero-emissions transportation infrastructure. We are committed to providing the emerging Electric Vehicle market with convenient, affordable, grid-friendly charging stations that provide access across both public and private locations.
NovaCharge is proud to be an exclusive distributor for the ChargePoint Network Charging Stations from Coulomb Technologies. Together, we are committed to providing an exceptional user experience for the owner's of plug-in vehicles.

Helda Rodriguez
President and Co-Founder, NovaCharge, LLC
Helda Rodriguez is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in the finance, banking, realestate and construction industries. She brings to NovaCharge both a passion for the environment, and a dedication to making a difference in the evolution of transportation and in creating a more sustainable world for everyone. As president of NovaCharge, Helda is leading the charge to deliver the next generation fueling infrastructure that will enable Plug-in Electric Vehicles to change the way we work and play. Helda was elected Secretary of Space Coast Clean Cities Coalition in 2010 and re-elected for 2011. Helda was twice honored for her pioneering work in 2009; first by being named to the list of the Top 10 People to Watch in Tampa Bay by the St. Petersburg Times; and then by being named to the list of Top Ten Latina Movers & Shakers by Latin Times magazine.
Helda's corporate experience includes upper management positions with financial industry leaders such as Norwest Financial, Eastern Financial, and Essex Banking Centers. In 1993, she launched her first venture, Dalamar Enterprises, delivering custom services and support to the banking and financing industry. As the industry grew, Dalamar expanded to encompass new products and services with a focus on leading-edge technologies. Helda evolved Dalamar's focus and gained critical experience beyond her financial background in logistics, materials management and project management.
Jose Reyes
Vice President of Operations, NovaCharge, LLC
Jose Reyes veteran businessman with over 35 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. He brings to NovaCharge vast experience in design, architecture and large scale contruction projects.
Joseph Vumbaco
Vice President of Sales and Channel Management, NovaCharge, LLC
Joseph Vumbaco is Vice President and Channel Sales Manager for NovaCharge, LLC. Joseph is well known in the Tampa Bay area as a young serial entrepreneur who has built his reputation with a focus on long-term relationships, listening to the needs of his clients, and providing the best available solutions. Joseph is a patriot, and is passionate about our economy, and environment.
With over 13 years of professional experience, Joseph has excelled in all aspects of management, operations, and sales. Five of the 13 years are in entrepreneurship.
Joseph acknowledges the need for alternative fuel for transportation, and intends to accelerate the growth of networked electric vehicle charging stations.
